Deploying the code is not refreshing the screen
A successful software update and a freshly rendered artifact are two separate checkpoints.
The plugin files were synchronized and the service answered normally, yet the device could still show an older image. Nothing was necessarily broken: deployment updated the renderer, not the already-rendered output.
This distinction appears everywhere. Updating a template does not regenerate an old PDF. Shipping a dashboard change does not refresh a cached screenshot. After verifying the code is live, trigger the process that creates the thing a person actually sees—and verify that artifact too.
