Save plans as scenarios, not one week you keep overwriting
Named versions can make recurring planning faster because a useful setup survives the next experiment.
A single editable weekly plan sounds simple until you want a normal week, a busy week, and the week where cooking ambition has left the building. Overwriting the same plan means rebuilding useful choices every time.
A lighter idea is to keep several named plans and switch which one is active. They can be copied, adjusted, and reused without turning the product into a project-management suite. I suspect this would work for budgets, workout routines, campaign plans, and plenty of other recurring decisions too.
